Copper Oven Pizza Palmerston–Little Italy

The pair at the oven

Nine years of flour on the same Clinton Street floor

Marco & Elisa Rossi · Toronto, Ontario

We are Marco and Elisa. We opened this oven in 2017 because we were tired of stretching other people’s dough. The copper is ours. The morning mix is Marco’s. The door, the till cash, the basil after the fire — Elisa.

The deck we actually cook on — not a stock kitchen from another city.

Dough starts before the street is loud. We do not freeze rounds. If the sausage is gone at 8:40 on a Friday I will say so when I call you. That is slower than a chain cart. It is also honest.

Morning stretch. Same bench, every day we are open.

88 Clinton Street, Toronto, ON M6G 2Y3. Palmerston–Little Italy. Walkable from College, a short roll from Harbord. We deliver in a small radius when a driver is on; otherwise you collect from the window on Clinton.

There is a bag on the site so you can jot pies. There is no card form. We like hearing your voice — allergies, a half & half, whether the wings should actually be hot.
