This policy is written under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). The shop is in Ontario.
If you came from an advertisement
A sponsored link does not turn this host into a payment page. We still take callbacks only. We still do not process cards here. We still do not run advertising pixels on these pages. We do not track you across other sites. The network that showed the ad is not this oven. The same rules apply whether you typed the address or followed an ad.
What we collect
- Bag / callback form. Name, phone, optional email, pickup window, the pies you listed — so we can ring you. Do not send card numbers.
- Contact form. Name, email, message.
- Server logs. IP, browser, time, path. Hosting logs for uptime and abuse. Not advertising profiles.
- Cookies. See the Cookie Policy. Strictly necessary only, if the host sets one. The bag on your device uses local storage in your browser, not a tracker we read.
No newsletter. No accounts. No payment data, because there is no checkout.
Purpose
- Callback details: your request that we telephone you about food.
- Contact-form mail: correspondence you started.
- Logs: running and securing a public site.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use it for profiling or automated marketing. We do not launch pixels.
Sharing
Food callbacks stay in the shop. We do not forward them to a third-party ordering app. A virtual-server host sees technical data to keep the machine up. A lawful Canadian order gets only what it requires.
How long
Callback notes: until the order is done, then a short kitchen record — usually not more than twelve months. Correspondence: up to twenty-four months unless a complaint about the site itself needs longer. Logs rotate with ordinary hosting.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, see it, correct it, and withdraw consent for a stored callback (we delete it unless we must keep a record of the order). You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Ontarians may also write to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
